Each bottle contains

Dantrolene 20mg

Mannitol 3g (solubilising agent)

 

Dosage 1mg/kg, up to 10mg/kg

Average requirement = 3mg/kg

 

Side effects include

N&V

Muscle weakness

Prolongation of non-depolarising NMBDs
