CVS adverse effects
- QT prolongation
- Torsade de pointes
- Cardiac arrest
- Ventricular tachycardia
Other side-effects
- Hyperprolactinaemia
- Hypotension
* Due to alpha1-antagonism
- Extrapyramidal effects
- Dysphoria (dose-related)
- Blackboxed in US due to possible link to sudden cardiac death
- Anti-nausea effect is greater than anti-emetic effect
